Homes for Good in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking a Resident Services Intern for 2026. This opportunity is designed for current residents or participants of Homes for Good. The Resident Services Intern will gain hands‑on experience providing services to residents living in low‑income communities. You will work with the Resident Services team to complete work requests and maintain the grounds and buildings at low‑income apartment communities.
The internship will run for 3–6 months over the spring and summer months. Start and end dates are flexible based on your schedule and academic and/or professional obligations. You will be scheduled approximately 10–15 hours per week.

The Resident Services Internship is designed for Homes for Good residents or participants seeking entry‑level experience in providing social services. No prior professional experience is required.
While performing the duties of this position the employee is frequently required to stand, bend, reach and manipulate objects. The position requires mobility including the ability to move materials weighing up to 100 pounds of force infrequently, up to 75 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently and up to 20 pounds continually.
Compensation: The pay rate for this position is $15.05 per hour.
