Homes for Good is seeking a Site Maintenance Specialist for the Blue River community in Eugene, Oregon. This entry-level role performs a variety of manual tasks to keep apartment communities safe and sanitary, with a focus on residential maintenance.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Oregon driver’s license. Compensation ranges from $19.32 to $25.89 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package is provided

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant maintenance/manual labor experience, especially in a residential setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid State of Oregon driver’s license and be insurable at standard rates.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of entry level/semi-skilled manual labor tasks to ensure Homes for Good’s apartment communities are safe and sanitary places to live and work.
• Supportive Housing/maintenance duties as assigned to keep properties well-maintained.
• Coordinate with team and adhere to safety policies to provide reliable maintenance support.
