Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years' equivalent housing experience.
• Experience with housing and multi-family settings.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate resident referrals and resources for solutions.
• Build relationships with residents to connect with local resources.
• Create partnerships with local organizations for community programs.
• Support housing stability and address late rent/lease issues.
• Document services and outcomes using Beacon data systems.
• Collaborate with property management and attend weekly meetings.
