Job summary

Hildebrand is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Cambridge, MA to support tenants in permanent housing and CoC-funded programs. You will connect residents with social services, healthcare, and benefits, while managing rent administration, inspections, and tenancy education.

Reporting to the COO, you’ll coordinate with Finance, Facilities, and external partners, using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches to promote housing stability and independent living.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human services, housing or related field; experience considered.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for broader scope and collaboration.
• Strong documentation, communication, and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Support tenants in permanent housing and CoC funded programs.
• Develop resident-centered plans with measurable goals and follow-up.
• Connect residents to health, benefits, education and employment resources.
• Assist with applications, appointments, referrals, and access barriers.
• Coordinate aging, disability, homecare and accessibility resources as needed.
• Maintain rent administration, recertification, and tenancy education.
