Job summary

The Community Life Service Coordinator (CLSC) at The Community Builders, Inc. coordinates and delivers resident support services in a mixed-income apartment community.

Working with the property management team and community partners, the CLSC helps residents achieve housing stability through coaching, referrals, and targeted programming. A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field and 2+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• 2+ years experience with families in housing.
• Experience overseeing and managing grants.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop on-site programs by partnering with local providers.
• Coordinate with property management for resident support.
• Provide case management and coaching to residents.
• Track outcomes using data and surveys.
• Build partnerships to offer housing stability services.
• Attend trainings and weekly team meetings.
