Job summary

Lefferts Investments in Miami Beach is seeking a Guest Services Manager to oversee daily operations of the Guest Services and Customer Service teams at the property. You will lead the Customer Service team and ensure residents, guests, and visitors consistently receive professional, responsive, and high-quality service.

This role works closely with the General Manager and other departments to ensure seamless property operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years of guest services or front-office supervisory experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage a customer-facing team.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.
