Generations is seeking a Resident Services Director to lead Independent Living services. You will be the primary contact for residents, coordinating with Sales and Plant Operations to achieve occupancy goals and ensuring timely responses to comments and requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Independent Living residents and address questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with Sales Team and Plant Operations to meet occupancy goals.
• Review and update policies, procedures, and safety plans as needed.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and policy manuals.
• Oversee resident relations and ensure a respectful, home-like atmosphere.
• Attend resident meetings and support move-ins, transfers and move-outs.
• Support training and development of staff and ensure adherence to mission and values.
