Lakeview Commons Independent Living seeks a Resident Services Director to be the primary contact for Independent Living residents, coordinating with Sales and Plant Operations to meet occupancy goals. The role involves monitoring policies, ensuring resident comfort, and fostering a respectful, community-focused environment.
Key duties include attending resident meetings, updating policies, supporting move-ins/outs, and organizing staff trainings while promoting dignity, independence, and privacy
The Resident Services Director is the primary point of contact for Independent Living residents, and is integral in ensuring resident comments, concerns and requests are addressed expeditiously. Works closely with the Sales Team and Plant Operations to ensure occupancy goals are met. Monitors policies and procedures, public relations and employee morale. Incorporates Generations' Mission, Vision, and Values into their daily work and interactions with others.
Salary range: $72,000 - $82,000

Works in well lit, well ventilated office. Deals with the public, personnel, visitors, family members and residents under all circumstances. Works most often at the facility. Occasionally may need to work out of facility.
