You will supervise caregivers, coordinate schedules, develop care plans, work with physicians and families, and ensure compliance and quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• 1+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Must communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and associates.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers to ensure quality services.
