Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with LPN/LVN licensure.
• 1+ year of management experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and associates.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers.
• Plan and delegate work assignments and scheduling.
• Provide case management support for residents in coordination with the Resident Services Director.
• Coordinate family involvement and moves (move-in/move-out).
• Investigate incidents and safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
