Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (LPN/LVN) to lead staffing, develop care plans, coordinate with physicians and families, and ensure high-quality care for residents. The role supports the Resident Services Director and focuses on coordinating staffing, scheduling, and family communication.

Ideal candidates are experienced LPNs/LVNs with strong leadership and written communication skills, able to work evenings/weekends, and dedicated to compassionate senior care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• 1+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all caregivers to assure quality services.
• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
