Job summary

Ebenezer's York Gardens in Edina, MN seeks an Administrative Support person to provide a wide range of community-based services and act as the main receptionist. You will manage the nursing staff schedule, payroll support, and training records, while assisting with billing and resident communications.

Preferred candidates have Eldermark and Educare experience, plus Health Unit Coordinator training or related education.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Experience with Eldermark and Educare systems is advantageous.
• Health Unit Coordinator training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain nursing staffing schedule and update masters as needed.
• Assist DHS with E-Time payroll for nursing staff.
• Coordinate training and records, including Educare.
• Assist with new hire paperwork and personnel files.
• Provide reception and general administrative support as needed.
• Coordinate resident communication and care conferences.
