EAH Housing is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator for Fountain West and Arbor Court in Fresno, CA. The role involves coordinating on-site and off-site resident services, engaging residents in social and educational activities, and connecting families and seniors with community resources.

Minimum 1–2 years in social services or activities coordination is required. Salary range $21.25–$31.45 per hour, with a compensation strategy that considers experience and internal benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of social service experience working with elderly, families
• Experience coordinating activities for seniors and/or families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee delivery of resident services and program activities on- and off-site; provide referrals and follow-up.
• Help residents learn new skills, build community and promote self-sufficiency through social, educational and StayWell activities.
• Connect residents to food resources and facilitate distributions as needed.
• Maintain community resource directory and monthly budgets and program files.
