Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking an Occupancy Coordinator I for Park Place in Morgan Hill, CA. This full-time on-site role supports wait lists, recertifications and leasing operations at a 112-unit family housing property.

You will manage LIHTC compliance, oversee EIV, assist residents, and participate in administrative tasks. HS diploma and HUD/TCAC exposure are required, bilingual skills preferred, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED/equivalent required.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• One year of experience working with HUD or TCAC programs.
• Occupancy certification/designation preferred.
• Spanish speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a viable wait list and conduct interviews for prospective residents.
• Schedule applicant appointments and approve move-in files.
• Ensure recertification letters are mailed 120 days before anniversary date.
• Oversee LIHTC compliance and EIV reporting as required.
• Support marketing, leasing and resident relations activities.
• Train new on-site staff on annual and interim recertifications.
