Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Baltimore, MD. You will deliver excellent tenant service, support staff, and coordinate resident activities to enhance the living experience.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with property software such as Yardi and Entrata. Typical schedule is weekdays with some weekends, offering competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service experience preferred.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with Yardi, Voyager, LRO, Entrata, Resident Check preferred.
• Event planning experience and strong administrative skills a plus.
• Ability to read, write English fluently and perform intermediate math functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective customer service to prospective and current tenants and staff.
• Assist property staff with planning and executing resident activities.
• Promote a quality living experience for residents.
• Handle high stress situations and maintain strong communication.
• Represent the property with professional conduct and manage time efficiently.
