Monarch is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to ensure high-quality care for residents and smooth daily operations. You will coordinate staff, manage schedules, and assist with training and chart audits, while maintaining confidentiality and resident-focused service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors and passion for enhancing their lives.
• Ability to understand and communicate using specialized medical terminology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present information to one-on-one and small group situations.
• Must be punctual and maintain a satisfactory attendance record.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, including irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resident assistants and confirm daily schedules.
• Fill in as a resident assistant in emergencies or when shifts cannot be covered.
• Assist with training of new resident assistants, mentoring and coaching.
• Perform monthly chart audits and ensure medication sheets are accurate.
• Set up doctors' appointments for residents and assist management as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and work as part of a team with other staff and Housing Manager.
