• Enforce lease obligations and ensure proper documentation for actions and referrals.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with residents and service providers.
• Coordinate with Resident Councils and other departments to meet PHA goals.
• Maintain records and reports for properties and units.
• Support capital improvements planning and safety procedures.
• Assist with rent calculations, transfers, and program compliance.
