Job summary

St. Paul Public Housing Agency in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking Program Assistants for three positions: two at 0.90 FTE (36 hours/week) and one at 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week). The role supports residents in daily living activities and meals in a community housing program.

Incumbents assist with meal service, housekeeping, record keeping, and crisis response while promoting safety and independence for residents. Graduation from high school or GED and 6 months of related experience preferred; benefits

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED is required.
• 6 months experience in social service, housekeeping and/or meal preparation.
• Preferred: 1 year or more relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates large scale meals program and serves meals to residents.
• Performs resident housekeeping duties and maintains cleanliness.
• Keeps daily records of services provided and meals served.
• Assists residents with daily living activities and safety monitoring.
