Envolve Community Management, LLC at Deville Manor in Meridian, MS is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to connect residents with social services, employment resources, and education opportunities.

You will greet prospective residents, maintain a resource directory, coordinate wellness and education programs, and collaborate with local agencies to enhance resident retention and satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a full time Resident Services Coordinator to work at Deville Manor Apartment Community in Meridian, MS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides general service management which includes intake, education (services available and application procedures) and referral of residents to service providers in the general community. These social services may include meals-on-wheels; transportation, home health aides, homemakers, financial assistance, counseling, preventative health screening, and other needed services.
  • Works with project-based residents to find employment, job training and economic development opportunities.
  • Searches and informs residents of job fairs, search job openings, seek out job advancement information and opportunities for residents and assist them with the development of resumes.
  • Coordinates educational opportunities for residents regarding health care, agency support, life skills, safety, credit, etc.
  • Partners with local agencies to sponsor wellness and educational events based on findings in daily research that will benefit the residents. Maintain a good working relationship with area agencies to assure their assistance.
  • Develops a Resource Directory of state and/or local service providers that residents can contact for assistance (e.g. services to families, children, individuals who are elderly, persons with disabilities, emergency assistance). In many cases, state and local governments can also provide a listing of the non-profit agencies with which they contract for services.
  • Assists residents with economic development as well as opening ad establishing bank accounts.
  • Works with non-profit organizations to provide services and activities for residents.
  • Serves as a liaison to community agencies, networks with community providers and seeks out new services available to residents. Inform residents about available services and benefits and how to apply for them.
  • Assists office staff with administrative duties including, but not limited to filing, answering phones and data entry.
  • Greet and assist all prospective residents.
  • Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve Community Management personnel.
  • Maintains accurate receiving and recording of any resident requests.
  • Assists residents in inspection of their new apartment home.
  • Assists Manager in implementation of resident renewal and retention programs.
  • Any other job duties as assigned.
