Responsibilities
  1. Scheduling of Resident Care Partners, developing daily tasks and making assignments
  2. Self-Medication Monitoring and Record Keeping
  3. Initiate and Maintain Emergency Packets
  4. Organization of Resident Charts
  5. Maintain residents' records daily in accordance with company policy, including documentation related to medication, leisure activities, incidents, changes in physical condition or behavior, visitors, etc.
  6. Serve as point of contact during shift for communication with supervisors, doctors, or families.
  7. Stock medical and office supplies weekly.
  8. Follow up weekly on bath schedules and vital signs (blood pressure, weight, respiration, etc.).
  9. Evaluate resident care needs and determine required level of care.
  10. Update medical charts and care plans.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior care experience in assisted living or skilled nursing
  • Certified Nursing Assistant certification
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Effective communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
