Sun Health Corporation seeks a Receptionist for La Loma Village in Litchfield Park, AZ. The role greets residents and visitors, manages calls, coordinates transportation, and supports multiple departments with front-desk duties.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Must have GED or high school diploma and obtain a Type 1 fingerprint card. Competitive benefits and employee programs are highlighted.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with switchboards and telephone answering etiquette.
• Must be able to obtain a Type 1 fingerprint card.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain daily reports and log incidents and activities.
• Monitor emergency security systems and prepare unusual occurrence reports.
• Schedule transportation for residents to appointments and inform Transportation when valet parking is needed.
• Dispatch messages via radio to departments as requested.
• Operate front desk duties: reservations, packages, phones, etc.
• Record irregularities or needed repairs and submit Work Orders.
• Assist other departments with typing, copying, sorting, as time allows.
• Maintain dependable attendance and perform routine tasks with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate teamwork and ownership attitude toward the facility.
• Be friendly, helpful and well-groomed in representing the facility.
