• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday; work needs may vary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for resident requests and concerns.
• Provide effective customer service to residents and staff with property knowledge.
• Assist with planning of special functions and resident activities.
• Maintain accurate resident records and correspondence.
• Handle general office duties: phones, emails, and mail.
• Support Renewal Specialist with Renewal Program where applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
