• Sort and deliver mail and support basic clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receptionists greet all visitors entering the community, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and answer/direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
• Sort, deliver and collect inbound/outbound community and resident mail, and perform basic office/clerical functions and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to resident emergencies by contacting internal and external parties according to community protocol.
