Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist is preferred.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person, over the phone, and electronically.

• Answer and transfer calls in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide information and direction to residents, staff, guests, and vendors.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties.
