Job summary

Prospera Housing Community Services group is seeking a Resident Services Manager at our Corpus Christi properties. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in human services, two years in human services preferred, and a Texas driver’s license.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in human services or a qualified social worker field is required.
• Community Health Worker certification required or obtained within one year of employment.
• Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with residents and coordinate community activities.
• Facilitate intake and assessment for new residents.
• Develop and maintain networks of community resources and referrals.
• Electronically document activities, outreach, and outcomes in the data system.
• Assist residents in developing resident councils and empowering self-advocacy.
