Job summary

Portland Opportunities Industrialization Center Inc is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Portland, OR. You will plan, coordinate, and facilitate services to improve resident stability, wellness, work readiness, and community life.

The role emphasizes needs assessments, partnerships with local organizations, and on-site programming for Albina One and Paramount Apartments. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong collaboration with POIC staff is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with diverse populations in resource navigation and program development.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with new residents and welcome them to the community.
• Identify and manage partnerships to provide programming and support services.
• Assess needs of residents and provide information and referrals to services.
• Plan on-site events focusing on health, wellness, youth engagement, and community building.
• Coordinate with property staff on residents’ concerns and stability.
• Maintain participant logs and confidential files; perform data entry as directed.
