Job summary

POIC in Portland, OR is hiring a Resident Services Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and provide services to residents of Albina One and Paramount Apartments. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with resource navigation and program engagement.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and provide services to residents.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations.
• Assess resident needs and provide information/referrals.
• Coordinate on-site health, wellness, and youth programs.
• Maintain resident logs and case notes.
• Communicate with diverse residents professionally.
