Fairstead seeks a Resident Coordinator to support residents at subsidized properties. You will monitor living conditions, coordinate programs, and track impact.

The role involves serving as a liaison with NYCHA, city and state agencies, nonprofits, and residents to ensure certifications, services, and outcomes align with Fairstead’s mission. Ideal candidates have volunteer/community experience, bilingual Spanish/English, and strong MS Office/data-tracking skills.

Qualifications

• Volunteer/community experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and data-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between residents and managers to ensure recertifications.
• Coordinate programs and services to improve residents' quality of life.
• Maintain records, track services, and report outcomes.
• Serve as primary contact for residents, nonprofits, and agencies.
