Job summary

UDR is seeking a Resident Services Manager for Courts at Dulles in Herndon, VA. Lead a community team to deliver outstanding resident relations, oversee customer service programs and renewal conversations, and coordinate financial and vendor activities to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience in residential properties, marketing or operations.
• Minimum 2–5 years property management or related supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a community team to deliver exceptional resident services and drive occupancy.
• Oversee customer service programs, move-in orientation, renewals and resident communications.
• Manage financial responsibilities with Business Manager and perform P-card reconciliations.
• Coordinate vendor management, IT support and administrative tasks to support operations.
• Hire, train and manage staff; monitor performance and address issues.
