Job summary

UDR, Inc. in Alexandria, VA, invites an experienced Resident Services Manager to lead the resident relations and customer service for Arbor Park.

You will supervise a small community team, oversee front-desk operations, tours, move-ins, renewals, and vendor coordination to maintain quality and occupancy. This role requires strong leadership, a focus on service excellence, and the ability to manage administrative and financial tasks, leasing activity, and community events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2–5 years of property management experience in onsite operations.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service to build a positive resident relations and community image.
• Lead a community team and supervise Resident Service Coordinator(s)/Specialist(s).
• Manage administrative, asset quality, financial and vendor processes to support operations.
• Drive leasing-related activities including tours, move-in orientation and renewals.
• Coordinate with Business Manager on financial duties and P-card reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, monitor leases, and manage events and communications.
