Job summary

Vesta Management is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in New London, CT to empower residents through education, vocation, and self-improvement opportunities. You will build partnerships with community providers and coordinate services to address residents' needs while maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality.

The role reports to the Senior RSC and requires strong communication, organizational, and bilingual skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, public health, or psychology.
• 2+ years of professional experience with families in housing or human services.
• Knowledge of HUD regulations is a plus.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with local service providers to connect residents with education, vocation, and self-improvement opportunities.
• Provide non-clinical case management and referral services to residents.
• Coordinate with property management and community partners while maintaining confidentiality.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes in the services software.
• Create outreach materials and communicate with residents via newsletters and home visits.
• Monitor and assist with late rent issues through community resources.
