You'll manage resident services programming, engage local organizations, and support residents with basic needs.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $54,000 - $56,000 annually, along with a competitive benefits package. Candidates with experience working with vulnerable populations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience working with vulnerable populations.
• Experience with planning and facilitating group activities is preferred.
• Experience working with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident services programming and community partnerships.
• Provide social service coordination upon residents' requests.
• Assist residents in connecting to basic needs and services.
