Job summary

Alaka‘i Services Group Inc. and Poʻe Hana Group, Inc. seek a General Clerk III to support the Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) office at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay.

You will manage front-desk operations, assist residents with check-in/check-out, and maintain housing records in the UHM/eMH systems. You will provide resident briefings, ensure documentation is complete, and communicate with UPH leadership and civilian housing managers.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to learn UHM/eMH and related web-based systems.
• Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organized with good record-keeping habits.
• Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, courteous communication with residents and staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English required.

Responsibilities

• Enter resident information into the UHM module of the eMH system.
• Process initial room assignments, changes, and checkouts.
• Maintain accurate resident and housing records and DoD IDs.
• Provide Orientation Briefs to new residents and review housing policies.
• Support front-desk operations and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Coordinate communications among UPH leadership, civilian managers, and residents.
• Maintain front-desk presence and deliver prompt customer service.
• Perform related clerical and administrative duties as needed.
