Job summary

Providence is seeking a PACE Resident Services Assistant to provide support, care, and companionship to participants in our PACE program. You will work under the supervision of the site Resident Services Coordinator and along with the Operations Supervisor to maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.

This full-time, day-shift role is on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon. Required First Aid and CPR certifications; preferred one year of caregiver experience with frail or elderly populations.

• CPR Certification upon hire.
• 1 year of recent Caregiver experience working with frail or elderly population.

The Resident Services team creates and maintains an emotional, physical, and social environment consistently able to meet participant needs.

Monday to Friday, Day shift

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
