Providence PACE is seeking a Resident Services Assistant to provide support, care, and companionship to participants. This 32-hour workweek runs Monday through Friday during day shifts, reporting to the service area Operations Supervisor and collaborating with the site Resident Services Coordinator.

The role focuses on maintaining a nurturing environment that supports residents’ independence and well-being.

Qualifications

  • First Aid and CPR certifications required upon hire.
  • 1 year of recent caregiver experience with frail or elderly population preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support, assistance, and care to participants.
  • Report to the Operations Supervisor and work under the Resident Services Coordinator.
  • Create and maintain an emotional, physical, and social environment that meets participant needs.
  • Assist with daily activities and coordinate services as needed.

Description
Schedule: 32 hours/week Monday to Friday day shift

The PACE Resident Services Assistant (RSA) provides support, assistance, and care to participants. This position reports to the service area Operations Supervisor, in unison and under the instruction of the site Resident Services Coordinator. The Resident Services team creates and maintains an emotional, physical, and social environment consistently able to meet participant needs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Upon hire: First Aid Certification (Facility Managed)
  • Upon hire: CPR Certification (Facility Managed)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of Recent Caregiver experience working with frail or elderly population.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.75
