Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living in Armonk, NY is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Aide (RSA) to provide hands-on care to residents in both assisted living and memory care settings.

You will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), escort residents to meals and activities, and support overall well-being in a respectful, dignified manner. Weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) are required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering person-centered care to residents.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and some IADLs.
• Clear English communication and reading skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from supervisors.
• Patience and professionalism in redirecting residents with dementia as relevant.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and accompany to meals and activities.
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and psycho-social wellbeing.
• Contribute to safety and comfort in the Wellness area.
• Follow policies and the Nurse Shift Supervisor's directions.
