Job summary

The Bristal Assisted Living in Armonk, NY, is seeking a Resident Services Aide to provide compassionate care to residents in assisted living and memory care divisions. You will assist with ADLs using a person-centered approach to promote well-being and independence.

Full-time shift 7–3, Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays; one weekend shift per week. CNA or equivalent certification required; experience with dementia is a plus; must speak/read English; reliable, gentle, and patient.

Qualifications

• Experience helping residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain resident dignity.
• Knowledge of dementia care and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and IADLs.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Support residents in achieving physical, emotional, and psycho-social well-being.
• Assist in Wellness area and follow Nurse Shift Supervisor directions.
