Job summary

The Bristal at Armonk is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Aide (RSA) to support residents in assisted living and memory care with ADLs and IADLs. You will be a friendly, respectful presence, helping residents achieve their highest level of well-being and independence through person-centered care.

As a Resident Services Aide, you will assist with daily activities, escort residents to meals and activities, and work closely with the Wellness team to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide credential.
• Experience with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and read in English.
• Geriatric population experience preferred; assist with ADLs.
• Ability to follow instructions and establish personal care routines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents in emotional and psycho-social well-being.
• Maintain safety and comfort; follow Nurse Shift Supervisor directions.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and safety guidelines.
