Job summary

The Bristal At Armonk is seeking a Resident Services Aide (RSA) to provide compassionate care for residents in both assisted living and memory care divisions. You will assist with ADLs, escort residents to meals and activities, and help maintain overall well‑being under supervision.

This full-time position, Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am, requires CNA/HHA/PCA certification, English literacy, and a patient, empathetic approach to geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Attendant or Home Health Aide.
• English reading and speaking required.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain routines.
• Empathy, patience, and professionalism in care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being.
• Follow policies, procedures and safety guidelines under supervision.
• Provide care in a respectful and dignified manner as part of the wellness team.
