Job summary

The Bristal at Armonk is seeking a caring Resident Services Aide (RSA, CNA, PCA) for a Casual Saturday & Sunday 7a-3p shift in Armonk, NY. You’ll aid residents with daily activities, escort to meals and activities, and support their overall well‑being in a compassionate, dignified manner.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, safety in Wellness, and following nursing directions to ensure high-quality care for residents in our assisted living and memory care areas.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates have CNA, PCA or HHA credentials.
• Experience assisting residents with Alzheimer's or dementia is valued.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Experience with geriatric ADLs and patient care routines.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain compassionate, patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Escort residents to meals and recreational activities.
• Support residents in achieving physical, emotional and psycho-social well-being.
• Assist in the Wellness area to ensure safety and comfort.
• Follow nurse shift supervisor instructions and facility policies.
