Description: Resident Service CoordinatorFull Time ~ 32-40 HrsDays** Free Health Insurance for Full Time employees **Harris House, 16-bed IID healthcare facility, is looking for a dedicated, organized,and creative professional to join our team as a Resident Service Coordinator.This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with residents, collaborating with healthcare professionals, solving problems, and making a meaningful difference in the day-to-day lives of those we serve.As the Resident Service Coordinator, you will work closely with our residents, therapists, PCPs, and staff to help ensure residents receive the services and support they need.We are seeking someone who is motivated, dependable, highly organized, and a strong communicator. The ability to think creatively and \\"outside the box\\" is important in this role. Mechanical ability is required, as this position involves identifying equipment issues and making necessary repairs.This position provides a mostly consistent schedule, while allowing for some flexibility.There will be times when adjustments are necessary to meet the needs of our residents.Starting Pay: $20–$24 per hour, based on experience
