Job summary

Mosaic Management in Oregon is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to ensure high-quality care and services for our residents. You will guide team performance and care delivery, with a focus on compassion and professionalism.

You will supervise caregivers and medication technicians, coordinate staff training, and oversee the in-service calendar, coaching staff to maintain compliance and a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise and mentor frontline staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with medication management and knowledge of state regulations preferred.
• Prior experience conducting staff training and coaching.

• 2+ years of experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred
• Experience in medication management and familiarity with state regulations
