Entrata is hiring a Resident Screening Consultant to guide clients through initial implementation of the ResidentVerify suite. You will align software setup with client goals, gather objectives, and provide strategic configuration guidance for Small and Mid-Market customers, while coordinating with internal teams.

The role emphasizes expert product knowledge, strong client relationships, and hands-on configuration of background screening workflows, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in SaaS, consulting, or property management implementation.
• Solid experience with the Google Suite of products.
• Previous experience in the multi-family, proptech, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Entrata’s suite of products and consulting processes.
• Develop effective relationships with customers to understand and support their business goals.
• Deliver guidance on system configuration and implementation strategies for Small Market and Mid-Market customers.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and provide clear solutions aligned with business needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with project team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead configuration of the ResidentVerify product, ensuring background screening workflows meet customer needs.
