Entrata is hiring a Resident Screening Consultant to guide clients through initial implementation of the ResidentVerify suite. You will align software setup with client goals, gather objectives, and provide strategic configuration guidance for Small and Mid-Market customers, while coordinating with internal teams.

The role emphasizes expert product knowledge, strong client relationships, and hands-on configuration of background screening workflows, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in SaaS, consulting, or property management implementation.
• Solid experience with the Google Suite of products.
• Previous experience in the multi-family, proptech, or related industries preferred.

The Resident Screening Consultant plays a key role in guiding clients through the initial implementation phase of Entrata’s software following the point of sale. This position requires a strong understanding of Entrata’s ResidentVerify products and services to deliver tailored consulting to clients, ensuring the software setup aligns with their business goals. This consultant collaborates closely with clients to gather business objectives and provide strategic system configuration guidance, helping ensure successful long-term adoption. This role also supports internal team coordination and continuous improvement in consulting practices.

• Support improvements in consulting methodology by identifying opportunities for process enhancements
• Lead configuration of the ResidentVerify product, ensuring background screening workflows meet customer needs
• Facilitate a smooth handoff to post-implementation support teams

Essential Functions

• Analyze and interpret customer goals to recommend system configurations that align with business objectives
• Provide timely and accurate consultation throughout the implementation process
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders across project stages
• Independently manage day-to-day tasks with sound judgment and adherence to best practices
• Travel for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings as required to maintain business relationships and achieve objectives.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong understanding of customer service and consulting within a SaaS or software implementation environment
• Proficient communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently on moderately complex assignments
• Ability to identify and resolve non-standard problems using professional knowledge and Entrata best practices

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required

AI & Operational Fluency

• AI Integration: Utilize company-approved GenAI tools to accelerate high-value deliverables.
• Strategic Oversight: Exercise critical judgment as the "Human-in-the-Loop", by auditing AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and the removal of hallucinations.
• Data Governance: Ensures no proprietary or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data is exposed to unauthorized models.
• Prompt Competency: Demonstrates the ability to craft clear, context-rich prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality results across various business domains.

$55,800 - $88,100 a year

The listed range covers the full base compensation for this role. Your offer within this range will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.

Your total compensation package will also include a comprehensive benefits offering and may include eligibility for a discretionary annual performance bonus or other incentives, depending on the specific position and level for which you are hired.
