Job summary

Arbor Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Courtesy Officer to provide after-hours security and a welcoming environment for residents. You will patrol properties, respond to concerns, and assist in enforcing community policies with professionalism.

Mandatory is a high school diploma; two years of related experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required. The role supports management and enhances resident relations through proactive safety and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; security license preferred if required by ownership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property patrols and inspect amenities, lighting, gates, parking, and common areas.
• Respond to resident concerns and serve as after-hours liaison to management.
• Enforce parking, noise, pet, pool, and guest policies; document incidents and actions taken.
• Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports; communicate concerns to management.
• Support community events and promote a welcoming atmosphere.
