Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence on the property by patrolling daily.
• Respond to noise complaints and de-escalate incidents professionally.
• Assist residents with lockouts and non-emergency needs.
• Monitor common areas and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Observe and report vandalism, security concerns, or vehicle violations.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement when appropriate.
