Vitality Living Hudson is hiring a Resident Relations Coordinator to oversee the complete onboarding experience for residents moving into our Hudson communities. You will partner with Sales, Nursing, Operations, and department leaders to ensure a seamless, hospitality-driven transition, with a strong focus on the first 60 days.

The role emphasizes timely move-in paperwork, proactive family updates, and ongoing engagement to enhance resident satisfaction and retention across two communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, hospitality, admissions, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across two communities.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Own the move-in process from deposit to Day 60 onboarding.
• Coordinate admission paperwork, assessments, and onboarding checklists.
• Liaise between Sales, Nursing, Operations, residents, and families.
• Track milestones and provide leadership updates.
• Oversee onboarding when multiple move-ins occur, coordinating with the Executive Director.
• Ensure 60-day satisfaction review and transition to ongoing engagement.
