Vitality Living in Hudson, FL is seeking a Resident Relations Coordinator to manage the full onboarding experience for Assisted Living residents across two communities. You will coordinate move-in paperwork, assessments, and onboarding milestones, acting as the primary liaison between Sales, Nursing, Operations, residents, and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, hospitality, admissions, healthcare, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across two communities.
• High attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Own the move-in process from deposit to readiness and Day 60 follow-up.
• Coordinate all admission paperwork, assessments, and onboarding tasks.
• Maintain a complete move-in binder and onboarding checklist for every resident.
• Serve as primary liaison between Sales, Nursing, Operations, residents, and families.
• Track onboarding milestones and provide leadership updates.
