The ideal candidate will manage minor repairs, respond promptly to tenant inquiries, and maintain safe common areas while coordinating with the Property Manager for reporting and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in handyman work and basic repairs is required.
• Ability to perform light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Comfortable coordinating with vendors and handling maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the resident management site.
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate larger maintenance with contractors.
• Interact with tenants, respond to non-emergency concerns, and address requests.
• Assist with unit turns and ensure common areas are clean and safe.
• Coordinate access for outside vendors and respond to emergencies.
• Keep logs of maintenance issues and supply needs for reporting to the Property Manager.
• Assist with rent-related notices and support building security and rules.
