Job summary

Chinatown Community Development Center is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all aspects of designated buildings, ensuring safe living conditions for residents and a positive environment for staff. This full-time role requires leadership, crisis composure, and sensitivity to low-income residents, with comprehensive benefits and onsite work in San Francisco.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, budget management, tenant relations, and coordination with Resident Services.

Qualifications

• Three years experience in affordable residential property management.
• Familiarity with HUD, Tax Credit, Section 8, MOH programs is preferred.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of buildings and ensure safe living conditions.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory agency guidelines and procedures.
• Process applications, move-ins/move-outs, and certifications per regulations.
• Train and supervise staff in safety, rules, and recordkeeping.
• Manage property budget and monitor variances; report to Supervisor.
